Cool beans Mike, and about time. I like that OverHaulin the best of the genra. Giving the paint aspects of customizing more airtime will make it even better. I'll definitely be watching and rooting for you.

i have admired your work mike ever since the trailor you did in signcraft years ago(the wildlife scene with the wolves) promoting your work. you are truly a master of your craft.
what inquiring minds such as myself want to know is... "Is Jesse James really the egotistical a-hole he portrays on TV????"

thanks guys, I'm just sharing with my friends. when it came to the monster garage shows I had pretty much free range with the final designs, Jesse would give me a rough outline on what he had envisioned for the project and then I created what I thought he had in his head. now on OVERHAULIN' Chip has the artwork already designed and I paint what he sketched up. I have done variations on the colors (green fire looks bitchin') I've done blue also. you can see blue fire on my website www.killerpaint.com in the high speed version.
About Jesse, he's extremely busy and has people pulling at him and calling him 24/7. after a while you get kind of detatched from giving people 100% of your attention and patience. when i speak with him one onone in person its very short and to the point and when our business is done, he's done. some people may take that as being a dick but i know how he feels to a certain degree. just yesterday I started to paint these parts that would have taken me probably 3 hrs to complete but my project manager has been out for a couple of days and I've been left to answer the phones that ring all day long and deal with customers that walk in so guess how much I got done on those parts?.....right. and I'm not the owner of a multi million dollar business...(yet ) with celebs and movie deals and TV show with millions of fans waiting to catch a glimps of you walking out of your shop. with instant messeges beeping on my T-mobile every ten minutes etc. so try and see it from his perspective before you make any kind of judgement on Jesse. by the way, I'll be doing another tv show called RIDES in a couple of weeks. I'll be painting Jack Osbournes (ozzies son) SUV! I love my job

Hey Mike...right on man!!! I'm very proud of you and you have every and all rights to feel great about yourself! You've earned it. I was braggin about you after the show that I still have the panel you was painting at Rick Glawsons of the little bird on squirly stripes. I remember complimenting you on it and you had asked me if I wanted it, because I had helped you and Nettie with a little Sign Lab stuff. I said SURE! You're doing fabulous man!
