How Do I make this Long story short,
Almost a Year ago. I purchased Flexi pro 6.5 from a sign shop going out of business. So it's legal (I have the toggle)

I could never get it to run, I tried everything, and I mean everything!!! I’ve been through the manual so many times, I was going to puke. Then I would throw it aside for another couple of months, I was pulling my hair out.

Flexi wanted $200 transfer fee and $365 for a years support, I was on hold with them 4 hours to find this out. (This was for Customer service, NOT tech support)

I read thru every archived e-mail retaining to Flexi on the letterheads web page,
Trying desperately to figure this out.

Then I came across an e-mail by TOM DILTS W/TOMMY SIGNS
I e-mailed him asking how his problems were solved with Flexi, they sounded similar to mine,

Flexi would not run my plotter.

WELL his e-mail back said ” I don't have an answer for ya but you might try another name file to use with your settings like instead of roland camm you might use vinyl
express lynx tab and s-60 a lot of the vinyl express stuff will interchange
with roland , blades etc”.

That was it, I almost died. It was that simple. I really can’t thank-you enough.

I read so many e-mails about Flexi, I don’t think it was the best purchase now.
But anyways Thanks, Thanks, Thanks,
You guys are soooooooo great.

Everyone is so helpful in answering questions,
AGAIN!!!
Thank you TOM and Everyone on the
Letterville page.

Laura
