Anyone having or using an EnCad 60e... please leave me a few thoughts about the machine.

Thanks.

I’m not sure if mine is the same model as the one you’re asking about? Mine is the Novajet Pro 600e

Once they're set up right they will run like a truck but they don't like to sit still for very long. Nozzles can clog from infrequent use and that’s a real pain.

If you get one be sure to get the service contract on it. First year will cost you $2,500 and it goes down each year that you maintain it. If anything goes wrong you'll wish you had it. Just to have a service technician show up to look at it will cost you $500.00 This year alone my machine has nearly been rebuilt from the ground up so it was worth the money.

If you find one it’s going to be used and is one of Encads older models. Its slow but with the right software rip, will print superb for a four color machine. Depending on what it will cost you it could be a great entry level machine.

Also. I only use the GO (graphic outdoor) pigmented ink in my machine. It has duel plumbing if you want to use dye based inks but I only print for outdoor applications. Changing over from one ink system is a pain in the neck.

Thats about it in a nutshell.
