How do I put multi layer (2) cast vinyl on compound curves. Lettering racing motorcycle, having problems on nose where number goes.
I have done some curves but this has lots of curves going different directions. Masking seems to the biggest problem.

Are you doing it dry?
If so maybe give it a go with Raoid Tac II.

Also, how did you clean the surfase? and with what?

I do a lot of jetskis for racing and I usually pull the transfer tape off the numbers before applying, leaving just the vinyl so it can be conformed to the curves.

Mike
That deal worked out fine. Taking off the masking worked just fine to make all those curves.
Thanks

Roger
I used the Rapid Tack after cleaning with Rapid Clean. See I use all your stuff.
