You said in response to my post on the saw blade that "Pittsburg makes a water based acid solution which is called surface prep. I dilute it two to one with water and use a scotchbrite pad to wash away rust. Microscopic rust is just as bad as the visible stuff. This will literally wash it all off. Majic stuff." Could you get me the web address or phone number for that stuff thanks.

Shane anyone around you who sells automotive paint will have a similar product and call it metalprep,alumaprep,galvaprep etc. He's right,just because you dont see the rust doesnt mean its not still there microscopically,its not gone just b/c you sanded it clean..treat it and it stops the reaction. Its also very common depending on water quality to have rust looking spots turn up after you treat it and rinse it...its not rust its the treatment reacting with the minerals in the water. A Store that sells house/industrial paints should have one as well

Gavins is correct. You can get this product at any PPG automotive paint store. It comes in quarts. This is far and away the best we have found. When I get to the shop today I will get the product number and send it to you.
We mix a dixie cup at at time, two to one with water, put on a glove, and with a scotchbrite pad, watch the rust disolve away.
A quick rinse with water and you are ready for a cup of coffee.
