I'll be there... just talked to Mike'zeppa Meyer, he's on his way, and I'm lookin' to get Ironman Otto von Schmackenhammer to come on Saturday with his dad G.O. in the '66 Mercury Monterey convertible. Are we having fun yet?

Hey you MAY-niacks!
Mazzepa Mike might be getting the distance trophy this year. I spoke to mike this weekend, he has got about 90 confirmed and dozens of "yeah we'll be there's".... sounds like a great meet!
to answer a few questions,
who is dagger rat? dagger rat was the person who started mass mayhem, he posted 1 message on the bullboard to date: anyone in New England interested in a meet?... which in turn led to me organizing MM1, and he was never heard from again, and hasnt been seen since, last year on saturday night I thought i saw him russling around in the garbage. turned out to be a big mouse with a swirly-q.

should i bring cookies? yes! i like chocolate chip w/ nuts...

should i bring brownies? yes but dont let Cam eat the 'special brownies'

I know Mike wants everyone to be involved, and hopes that everyone leaves with a panel, either a newbie with there very first work or old friends exchanging, or a panel jam piece.

I will be leaving Salem sometime on Friday in the afternoon

Aye Aye Cap'n!
One batch of Male chocolate chips coming up!
And don't worry about everyone leaving with a panel.
Altho my panels are "quantity-versus-quality" I usually paint quite a few! I already owe 5 (well not really, I promised myself I'd make these)
Picking up Stevo tonight, got my mags made for our rental car, and looking forward to a road trip!
Now I just gotta get thru the rest of today!
See ya soon.
Love...Jill [Wink]
PS:
Edited to add:
And I think Stevo beats Mikey for length...Edmonton is farther away than Mazeppa)

Well I hate to say it but it's turning out to be more than likely I will not make it for the first time this year. Boohoo.

Our spring season on Cape Cod got a later than usual start and all timeframes are way too compressed. The next month are all long 7 day workweeks for us, plus we are moving into a new facility which is totally unorganized still. It's my own personal MAYHEM. If I was down there all I would be thinking about is going further into a black hole of scheduling conflicts. My heart wouldn't be into it.

While I regret missing out on the fun, what my heart really WILL be into is the excitement of organizing and optimizing this new shop. We have needed this for a loooong time. You guys take my fun and divvy it up ok.

Looks like I gotta stay back like Joe Rees. I got too much to do, and too many customers mad. I gotta make people happy here including the book keeper, my wife. Sorry guys.
I'll send my Glass pieces for you play with.

My heart is there but I cannot be. If it were not so damn far away......

AJ, Bring the Ying! I tried to answer your e-mail but the system kicked it back. So Meyer can't make it? Bummer! We'll still have fun with the Mass State Car tho.
