As you can probably figure out, things are a little up in the air around here as far as attending the meet.
Now that I don't have a job, I have the time to go... but not the money! But if I get a job, we might have the money, but I won't have the time. Then Bruce would have to go by himself.
Can you at least pencil him in as a maybe? Thanks!!

Now I am really confused. Not sure which list you'll put me on since KY never made up it's mind which side of the line it wanted to be on, but I have always claimed to live in the far North of Dixie, and according to my parents and several school teachers, I was born with a touch of Rebel in my blood.
Whatever list you put me on, you can count on me and Miss Dora being there.

IF I can go (seriously doubt it, but ya never know) I won't know til last minute. Then it will be driving from Richmond down, which I think is just 6 hours. Don, would ya happen to have a friend who runs a dog kennel? or have one you know & trust for my 2 boys?

OK Ryan, I get the hint,...I mean I've only told ya I was gonna be there ever since you & Donald started talkin' about having this meet but that's OK, don't put me on the list until I email ya if that's the way you want it. I understand, and after all....rules are rules right? And you KNOW how much respect I have for the rules.
Jimmie......Hope ya can make it there but if not I'll try to swing by & see ya after the meet!
Shep.......try to make your "one day" early in the meet. If I'm successful in roundin' up a couple of outlaws on the drive over (yeah...the usual suspects) I sure could use an extra hand.

Hey Ryan and Donald.....I've checked the "Canes" schedule and they have a home game on the 25th...How far away is the arena from "Y'all?"
For some of you southerners, we are talkin HOCKEY here...do they have a real Zamboni Ice re-surfacer or do they still have Cooter with his tow truck with leaking, hot oil?
I was thinking of catching a game and then maybe seeing if I could sleep on the ice to try and make it feel like "Home."
I see Florida has a game at home and Nashville on the 30th, so I could catch a game there as well on the way home. (I know Tampa Doesn't even have a team..hehehe)
Sorry, but this here Yankee has got to have his Hockey, even in the SOUTH!!

Hello, Ryan and Don, I attended the meet last year. It was one of my most memorable meets(I've been to 32). I've never been to a meet that within the first few hours I learned something that made my trip worthwhile. Ryan, in your bio it said you like racing. Alot of the meets hold pinstriping moto-cross racing,it is always a big hit. I will always remember the 89 national letterhead meet in Texas, I raced(pinstriped) all the way to the finals, after every turn, jump, and straight away mau quality of line layed down and stop watched time(et) ended up Kent Moss 3rd place, Harry Mallacote 2nd, and Bob Bond 1st. We all got an intro and a nice little trophy. If interested someone has specs for reg. size track and all. Bob Bond would know. Anyway--Kent Moss will be there, thanks for having Dixie '94. I'm a snowbird,Charleston, South Carolina-winter Wilbraham, Massachusetts-summer. I am a republican, can not stand Kennedy's,not for gay marriages, realy like southern people, love bisuits and gravy, hate grits. Looking forward to the Dixie meet.

I will not have my post taken over by silly talk about Hockey. Silly men playing on ice slapping sticks around. Hell even the players dont like the game. They are always trying to start fights so they can get kicked out. Now if you guys want to talk about the athletic prowess of Mud Bog Racers be my quest. I must go now and shoot a squirrel for dinner.
