I posted a few weeks ago that my new router got trashed, we thought the fork truck driver dropped out but they reloaded it from one trailer to another, the driver was told it was on wheels... but he pulled forward with the trailer doors open and it flew out the back! Hardly surprising that when I got it it was abit bent and not really acceptable.
Anyway have had great support from the dealer here and AXYZ even though it wasn't their fault, and now have an even longer router.
Its late friday evening and we have just finished installing it....I 'm really excited now and well impressed! I have wanted to get to this point for many years.
JUst add that I am sorry not to be taking part in the panelswap, I really enjoyed the last and love the panel I got from Rapid (Ray Rheaume), time has not been on my side with all thats happened, and a new baby on the way the home demands have been greater...says he..still at work 10.45pm friday night...really hope to take part on the next.

Henry your life is about to take another big turn. It will take some time but once you become comfortable with your table you will be amazed at what you can do.
Granted its only a tool but in the hands of someone very creative the possibilities are endless.
Best of luck with your new grown up toy. Make her sing!

Having been a past marketing director for a company that cut letters from both a routing system (2) tables and water jets (3) of them going full blast 10 to 12 hours a day, I can appreciate the joy of preparing yourself for a new direction and many gold coins coming your way to pay for that beast in no time at all. Good Luck and power be with you. Congrats on the little one.

Congrats on new machine. Word of caution though, I hope you are not trying to do prismatic work using Photosdtudio. I have this system for some five months and the bugs are unbelieveable. Have been promised an upgrade sometime in the next three months. The main probs are when you weld a script ant then try to apply a bevel and cut it. I will be interested to see how you get on. Hopefully you wont need them, but I have a few workarounds if you do

Henry, Welcome to the router club. It takes some time to get used to it but the rewards are plentiful. I also run an AXYZ machine, so if you ever have any questions just drop me an email. 3drouting@ssgrafx.com
Good luck kevin

Congratulations Henry. Now the envy sets in. "Everybody" gets a new toy but me. Strange how we never change, we just get older and the toys get more expensive.
