Recently installed Windows XP..now my plotter (Roland CX-24) quits cutting prematurely on some jobs. I'm cutting from SignLab 5..I just downloaded Roland XP driver..but don't know how to install..can anyone help?

What O/S had you been using- w98 ? 2000?
Installing a new driver is usually done through Start>Settings>Printers & Faxes>Add a Printer, and followinstructions about where to find the driver etc.
Hope this helps.
If it doesn't, the workaround I finally got to work was to repartition the PC to be able to boot into W98, with nothing there except w98 & the plotting program (formatted Fat32), and having XP as a dual boot option (formatted NTFS), then all My Docs is on a third partition, formatted as Fat32, so both operating systems can access the data files.
Best wishes

I have XP and cut directly to my CX-24 out of Corel. Thinking maybe there is an "issue" with Signlab, as I haven't had any problems between my XP and Roland.
