HOT! It was Damn Hot! Hovering around the 35c to 40c (100f+) and as humid as the Amazon Jungle including the bugs and frogs (and snakes)
Hot too in the exercution. 300 square metres (3200 sq/ft) in nine days! All double coated acrlics and two coats clear over the top. I damn near burnt RT out! Mind you, I wasn't exactly cruising at times.
We were starting at 6am and working till midday. Chilling out until 4pm in the airconditioned motel, then back and work till dark, or later if we had to project images.
Two "minor" glitches .... blew the power board and fuses to hell trying to run two spray guns at once. Turned out to be ancient wiring and they had it fixed in a few hours. Blew two projector bulbs, spares still on their way in the mail. Problem solved by driving 4 hours each way next day to Gail & Devos.
Thank god for my 10x zoom OHP! We were able to project images from the flat ground around the tanks before it droped away down the hill.
Here's the project:
We did have a problem with the distance from the road, so we had to "stylize" and get as much contrast into the images as possible. This pic doesn't do it justice. The overall effect was excellent and they loved it. Money was transfered to my bank before we got home:)
Details:
Then it was home via Gail & Devos for a nice relax and a visit to Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo.

Hey guys, Awesome job! RT told Jack yesterday that the job was done and we both still can't believe it. Looking forward to hearing all about the adventures and misadventures when you get back. You are coming back right? Enjoy the rest of your trip and looks like Bushie has the right idea! Roger
