Any one have a source for chaulk board material? I am looking for it in black and in like a 4ft x 8ft sheet that I can cut to size. Any help would be great. Thanks.

I use an alkyd based chalk board paint made by Kemp, and I put on two coats. I've used this on sidewalk signs (aka A-frames or sandwhich boards) for exterior use, and it holds up great.
One of my competitors is using something else -- I'm guessing its the water-based paint that Crayola markets - and it does NOT hold up. After a year his signs looks like ... well, faded black paint. The Crayola stuff is so you can paint your kids wall or toy chest, but i don't think it will hold up for a "daily specials" for a restaurant or anything like that.
for smaller panels you can also screen print the Kemp (use a 180 screen, I'd guess). I've seen that used for dart boards and billiard score boards and the like.
