I've got a few signs to quote that this material would be perfect for... none of my "regular" suppliers carry it though... any specific info on the material would be nice too.... is it easy to work with, cost effective, etc.

Thanks!
John

These are suppliers in my region but I'm sure they can direct you to one in your area.
Total Plastics 800-442-6839
Laird Plastics 888-925-9240
Harbor Sales 800-345-1712 (They sell ColorCore but it is the same thing.
Plateak Inc. 330-668-2587 ( They are in Akron don't know if that is near you but I would try them first. They refer to it as recycled plastic signs. I have ordered from them a couple of times and have gotten really good service.)

Try their website for contact info. I had a big job last summer with Polycarve. I contacted them. They gave me a local suppliers name. Hopefuly you'll find somebody close to save on shipping.

That stuff is HEAVY. Bought a 3/4" 4x10 sheet, weighed over 300 pounds. Took two men to wrestle the thing around. Be aware that suppliers don't tend to stock many sheets at a time, and that most carry a limited number of colors. It carves beautifully (on a CNC). I just use HSS straight bits, typically 1/8 to 3/16.
