Need some guidence, I have been doing alot of long run decals, and am getting tied of the free hand method...Any input?? I see a Weber Made single 24" for $220...

You might want to check one of these weeder/sheeter things out. Works surprisingly well once you know what your are doing.

I use the steam roller method. Stretch out your vinyl. I use a clamp at each end to hold it tight. Take your application tape and spool out a few inches and squeegee it. Then lay down behind the appliaction tape (right where you stuck it down) another roll of tape (about the same length roll) and push this roll along. It will push the roll you are applying, smoothly down your vinyl. Squegee away. This was shown to us at Bruce Bowers Letterhead meet on 1997 by Jackie from Australia.

I use the same system as Diane- only with a piece of broomstick dowel, and sometimes some galv. pipe which is 1 1/4" diameter, and sometimes some square RHS galv steel (1")- it all depends on the tack of the app. tape, and the width of the roll. Sometimes you roll the dowel, sometimes you can just bulldoze/slide it.
