Rich, I've driven that second one, its in Naselle, Washington. I go through there almost everytime I go to see my folks in Astoria, Oregon. I don't ever recall seeing that particular sign though. It wouldn't surprise me though, the state is putting in all kinds of weird things like round-abouts! I'll have to look for it next time-its a hoot.
