A very productive day yesterday......here are some pictures of the "Stage" for workshops, and just one of the walls in the panel jam area.
It snowed a wee bit, enuf to cover the ground and whitened things up. Still need more. We are suppose to go into the dep freeze this week, but after that the Letterheads come to town and it will be sunshine and a hot 30 degrees. (Makes you warm all over don't it CISCO?!)
I'm putting everything I got into this baby, I wanna make it fun and a great learning experience for all!

8a.m. check in at Ore's Idle Hour(South side of shop, look for signs that point to registration entrance). Yes, you can make dust in the "New Mazeppa Wood Shop". The best place to get breakfast is at the "Galley".

All I can say is WOW! Mike, you are on a MISSION there, place looks Dynamite! I made some templates for the curved signs out of 18"x 24" metal or aluminum blanks, so I'll be sending them soon as I can can a jump start on my panel for the "Mazeppa Muster" I can finish it over there. Like Rich Stebbings told me "out of all the Letterheads meets he's been to Mazeppa topped them all!" Got my bag pretty much packed and found my gloves for that 30 degree hot beach weather Kimberly, I'll do my best to get you a picture of me side saddling the buffalo, and doing a head stand on his horns, while he's running Wish you could go...

Snow forecast for Ireland tonight with plunging temperatures over the next few days. (I hope to see some plunging necklines in Mazeppa) But not to worry, as I'll be in warm and cosy Minnesota on Thursday. For all you warm temperature people, remember..... Seems that we are on stand by status at the moment. You may never know who may show up and what we will bring with us until Thursday. Still trying to make it, but only with the help of a few true letterheads.
I can't belive that I am the 99th post on this thread. I have never seen one above two pages.

Mike, from all the preparation going on I can see why your meets are so talked about. You have the gift of hospitality for certain.
I am missing a real learning experience, not to mention a PARTY! That weekend I plan to sit here and moan and whine. Good side is...my tears won't freeze
Have the best meet ever.

The two girls with the funny hair...umm...I am seeing their left hands have thumbs on the wrong side, thus making their left hands right, or wrong, anatomically. Everything else is in the right place though . Do I have to go to the penalty box now?
