I am working on Birch/Oak and Maple walking Canes..

I have no problem with cravings as well as burning imagies to the wood.

Paint is still "OK" by myself.....
After I have Cleared the finished Outlook.. I like to do some drilling to place some GEM Stones..
IE Gold Nuggets/Diamonds Etc.

I like to know what you think is the clearest Exopy for settings..

Go to your local hardware store and look over the epoxies that they have for sale. Pick the one that is pure epoxy (without fillers)!

But still exopy anchor it with a True Clear! [Wink]

I forgot to say that the Gold will be 1-or-2 Pennyweight and Gems are 1/8 to 1/4 Stone Weights.

I wish!!!!!!!!!!

Check out armstrong tools they are a jeweler supply, also for model maker and dentists. Armstrong tool They have a catalog a hefty wieght with things you never knew you can't live with out. the one in michigan is the one I have done biz with. they do orders over the phone with credit cards.
they have a number of adhesives from diamond setters cement, shellac sticks to the latest super glues for jewelry repair. Vigor is the trade name of the products and they have vigor jeweler's epoxy sets in 5 minutes good up to 79'C (175'F) non shrinking clear.
Hope this will help
