hi...i'm new so if i'm doing this wrong please forgive me! i have a good size inn wanting custom signage that will look classey for the interior...they would like a shaped sign blank(black with brush gold lettering)since i'm a small one person gig and don't have a router i'm looking for a lead that i can get maybe 50 -100 of these blanks done...then i can paint & letter them with vinyl.i'm not even sure what material i should use...they actually mentioned having a layered look with 2 pieces(a thin piece on a thick piece)...i think that may be too expensive so i was thinking a routed shaped maybe 3/4" thick with a beveled edge???any leads for a desperate stressed out chick?..and no i don't want to use my local competition for obvious reasons. thanks for any help!
