Roland has announced the 2009 Roland Express and La Ruta de los Vientos dealer open house tours, bringing the company’s award-winning line of inkjet printers and printer/cutters to professionals across the U.S., Canada and Latin America.

Several dealer events have already been scheduled to date – from Panama to Ontario – with more events added daily. Roland Express and La Ruta de los Vientos events are designed to showcase the Roland line of wide-format inkjet printers and printer/cutters including VersaCAMM, VersaArt, VersaUV, SOLJET, AdvancedJET, Hi-Fi Express and Hi-Fi JET Pro II models. These events also provide the opportunity for professionals to work one-on-one with Roland dealers to build successful business strategies. In addition, attendees can take the Roland Pure Print Performance Challenge, comparing the print quality of Roland inkjets to other products on the market.

“Roland open house events provide professionals with the opportunity to partner with our authorized dealers and develop solutions that address their specific needs,” said Rick Scrimger, vice president and general manager for Roland. “We encourage customers and prospects to take the Pure Print Performance Challenge at these events. We’re confident they’ll see the Roland advantage.”

Open House Events Feature Pure Print Performance from Roland

Roland open house events provide professionals with a unique, personalized venue for evaluating Roland Pure Print Performance inkjets ranging from 30” to 104” in width including eco-solvent, solvent, sublimation and aqueous printers and eco-solvent printer/cutters.
Roland’s newest inkjets feature Roland Intelligent Pass Control, the company’s patent-pending technology that virtually eliminates banding by optimizing masking patterns and dot placement at the edge of each pass. With Roland Intelligent Pass Control, Roland customers achieve smoother gradations, unmatched image quality and higher productivity.
In an effort to provide complete, full-featured solutions, Roland bundles each of its inkjet printers and printer/cutters with powerful RIP software with advanced productivity tools such as the Roland Color System for spot color matching, Variable Data Printing, and the Max Impact preset for richer color contrast. These advantages combined with the addition of Roland certified inks and media ensure optimum performance. Roland further ensures the performance of its products by backing best-selling inkjets with a standard Two-Year Trouble-Free Warranty, the industry’s longest and most extensive bundled service and support contract.

In addition to Roland’s inkjet line-up, select Roland open house events will feature the company’s vinyl cutting and engraving solutions. For complete information and an updated schedule of events in your area, visit www.rolanddga.com/color/newsevents/events/rolandExpress
