Does this come with a security dongle and authentication for all the software? Can I upgrade the progs?

I don't have everything unfortunately.
however, Adobe is the full version (CS3) it is from a corporate master collection and requires no registration - I've been running it for about 1.5 years now. no discs.
Flexi 8.5 doesn't require a dongle, it works perfect, again no discs on this one.
I do have the discs for Quickbooks (buried somewhere I'm sure, but I can try to find them)
If the discs and manuals are a sticking point let me know and I'd be willing to revisit the price.
