As many of you know, we have a signmaking business in Southwestern Ontario.

We are retiring in the fall and are looking to sell the business. It has been good to us and it could be good to you.

If interested, please feel free to contact us by e-mail or telephone.

All enquiries will be treated with confidentiality.

Business is now sold. [Applause] [Applause]

Next step takes place on Monday. Listing the property and putting the "For Sale" sign on the front lawn.

My buddy showed me some pictures of a nice little house in Progresso recently.

Santo, we will be doing some serious looking when we are in Progreso this winter. There are still some pretty good deals in the area but prices are on the rise.

Congratulations, that went fast!
So, are you going to move south for good?

Lottie..We will be in Mexico for 6 months this winter. Look for a house or condo to buy and then probably be looking at 9-10 months per year, if not permanent residency.

Exciting stuff for us.

June 7th, business for sale - June 10th ...sold... WOW!

Happy for you Dave!

Houses with equity take months to sell & businesses with "blue sky" can take time as well.

20% down on most homes & 80% PLUS down on businesses....?

Enjoy the business sale. But don't leave the property prematurely. It's awfull hard to make monthly payments when the local non-compete & the "no" or "low" personal income thing-a ma jigger kicks in.

Good luck on your property sale Dave. I'm sure that's the real or subliminal retirement.

It's all good dave. I do wish you well.
