I am looking for a used vinyl cutter (24") reasonably priced; shop worn is okay. Not too new as I can not afford the new fangled ones. Will pay promptly! (Terms would be great if you have a cutter simply gathering dust and can give me 90 days). Can also trade out sign design, Web design, Corel or Inspire expertise in a partial trade. Thanks!
