Airbrushed this motorcycle cargo trailer a little over a year ago but never had a good opportunity to get photos of it all back together until recently.

As you can tell the owner is a big fan of the rock band KISS. Thats cool with me since I have had the chance to see them perform a couple of times myself.

Made for a real fun project!

Wicked Bevin! Really nice work! Are you still using the old Eurothanes, especially white for the underpainting?

Amazing as always!

Thanks Kelly and Neil.

Yes Neil; still working in the urethane base/clear system. Only big difference is I am gradually restocking with House of Kolor to avoid having to go water base like the auto repair shops have been forced to switch over to. HOK still offers a compliant solvent based system which I still prefer.

thanks

I phoned HOK Here in Canada and they said they don't have the old stuff anymore, they sent me Lettering enamel, and the thinners, it sucked... they said thats what they recommend, I tried using the low voc stuff I can get local, but it just does'nt perform like the old... I must give HOK a call... thanks Bevin.

Looks great, but Ace should have had his tongue out. LOL Just kidding, outstanding work.

Dave... It was Gene Simmons that had the tongue thing going, not Ace Frehley.

Awesome job, Bevin!

Neil;

Was it HOK out west you talked to. D&E Distributors is the place I deal with. Eugene is the fellow there to talk to. 1-800 665-5750.

Pretty sure the Shimrin bases are all still the same. The numbers have maybe changed a little.

I bought some earlier this year. Reducers are the same. They still have the SG100 type of clear that you can mix the Kandy Dyes into which is what I use.

thanks again everyone...

Along with the overall greatness of the whole thing, you got the silver around the painted star eyes to really look silver and not just shades of grey.

Not sure if it was the one in Kelona, I have a feeling it was the one in Toronto? Thanks again Bevin... you are an inspiration!
