Ian,

I am stunned at the level of detail and your expertise in all the myriad skills required for a project of this sort. A couple of years ago I had the opportunity to work on a wagon for a customer who breeds cobs. It was strictly a repair job of someone else's work so there was no creativity involved, but it was my introduction to this world and I was energized by it. Unfortunately, there is precious little of this kind of work to be found in my corner of the world, but would jump at the chance to work in this area.

My hat's off to you. I just hope you were paid what this level of craftsmanship demands.

What a rare treat to see such beautiful, most unusual, way out above and beyond everything else.
Ian is truly a master craftsman of the highest order. Three cheers to Australia's finest.

Well, Folks, here are two photos from when it was on display at a heavy horse field day last weekend.
One shows the front, with the stairs/ladder and shafts in place, and the other picture, is of all who worked on the project-together in the same place for the first time ever!

Ian,

Thank you for the sharing of this beautiful wagon. You have brought us all into a magical time with your excellence in workmanship; this is spectacular and I am sharing with my friends and family. You don't see something like this in a lifetime.
Your smiles tell a huge story
