I am working on several samples for a variety of different materials but am liking this one especially. I came up with the idea simply because I like hardware - I can walk around in a new hardware store for quite a while thinking of things I could make with just about anything there.
This is 3 pieces of 2" HDU routed and glued up, then work a while by hand. more paint to come of course. You cant really see the top from this pic but its Mount Rainier, bolted down of course
