Here's a banner I designed for digital output. Customer will hang this behind the drummer at local gigs.

The first image is of his current business card (don't know who designed it)....followed by my idea for enhancing the image and giving it a more Rock-sh, road worn look.... complete with pitted, rust streaked sign and redneck bullet-holes.

I wanted to keep the contrast very harsh and dramatic.

All designed in Photoshop/Illustrator.

His website isn't up and running yet....he really loved it, and I can see him using this updated image for a new batch of biz cards, etc.

Todd, nice job! I love the bullet holes. I'd work on the rust a bit.Looks like the shots came from the back of the sign...

Todd, your work is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also this just goes to show that paint is not always the answer.. Good design and execution is first and formost.

pretty slick, nice effects without over doing it. How long did it take to design? Do you charge separate for the design or bury it in the banner cost?

Thanks guys....

Design Time.... about 40 minutes.

Cost would normally be included in the banner price.... although in this case, I am trading guitar lessons for the banner... :-)
