I do not get enough free time to just do a piece for fun, but over Thanksgiving I had the oppurtunity to do a couple of Bottles for Pat & Dennis Raap for their homemade wines.

The cobalt blue vase is a gift I will give to a good friend/Client.

Something done by one of my favorite people for two of my other favorite people.
(and I'm sure the recipient of the vase is a nice person too)
Lovely work, Sam.
Looks like freehand drawing too which makes it even cooler!
Love....Jill

Awsome Sam.

We did some acid etch on glass using vinyl mask at the recent New Zealand meet. You can get the acid at craft shops.

Is this how you did it?

Thanks all!

Done with pretty simple tools. Just blast cabinet with 320 grit aluminum oxide for abrasive.

Cut and peel out the deepest and work your way up.

Yeah right Dave....As soon as you send down some of your homemade private stock, I will be glad to do "Shirby's Still".

Moonshine by the moonlight. We know how you UP'ers are with that 'white lightning'.
