I was fortunate to have John "Tater" Deaton draw the character for our band logo. I e-mailed John with my ideas and he ran with it and came up with more than my imagination could conger.

I came up with the name after hearing a James Taylor song called "Gaia".
There is a line in the song about "fish on wheels".
It turns out James Taylor got the idea from a Doctor Suess book.

now...

.Name that Fish!

How about John's nickname? "Tater"

I was going to say "Tater" but that one was already taken. It would be hard to have a fish as a Tater topper...

So, I am thinking "Spud".
