This one just screemed for a characture. I found out after I designed it that the guys intended it to be that way and purposely left out "&" so that they could use a "savage swan" as their logo! [Cool] I left the hammer and stuff simple so that it can easily be cut in vinyl.

Nice Dave. The only thing that bugs me is the size of the "O"s in construction. The first "O" makes the "C" look so small even though it's the same size as the second "C". I have a font that does the same thing. Try tweeking the "O"s to see if it looks better. The theme and overall look is cool.

I agree Dave. I hadn't even noticed that. The letters are raw right out of the font. I'll fix it. Thanks!

Love It!
I think it is very clever, and real attention getter.

Love the look on that Swans face!

Can I suggest one other thing, The eye of the swan could be a little bigger and perhaps more cartoonish than real.

Nice look overall

I like it Dave! I like the way you put the bolt in the word construction also. Only thing I might do different is to humanize the swan just a little. Give him arms, so he can hold the hammer and drive a nail in one of the letters.
And what Miles said also. [Smile]

Dave,

Not sure about the shadow, it looks like a cast shadow starting from the middle of the body? Shouldn't the legs be included?

Now tighten up the kerning on "con" to match the rest of the word.

Looking good.
