Thanks everyone. I guess I am the designated church sign buildermakerpainter in my town. Russ, I have a guy about 30 miles from me that I send all my signs to be cut on his flatbed router. Hes got one of them big ol suckers in his woodshop. He keeps mdo in stock and hdu. All I have to do is send him a dxf file and go pick it up. My jigsaw is gathering cobwebs.
