Not sure if you care, but the site does not work on Macs - IE or Safari. You might also want to embed some meta tags, and HTML copy on your intro page. Your CSS seems to be inconsistent.... I LOVE the way you did the pictures - very cool.

Dan's right. The html text is causing elements on the page to break apart which creates brown blocks around the page. At least that's what happens on my Mac. PC's probably display the text smaller which eliminates the problem.
