I know this meet is over a year away, but Jill give me the green light to come up with our logo.
We're still working on the details so stay tuned for more info. Hope to see all of you there!

Stevo - you're very talented! Love your style. Keep on trucking. The gal illustration is excellent and I agree with Karyn - Plop in Jill's face.

I like it, but I do have to agree with the idea of changing the chick to resemble Jill. Or maybe June. [Wink]

Awesome layout stevo. Another vote for some June likeness. (is that pin-up girl your own creation?)

Beautiful job Steveo, but it just needs to have Jill's pretty face on the girl. Be careful though, what color hair you choose.

Looks SUPER Stevo!!!!

I am NOT the world's greatest designer (Heck I am probably the worst) BUT...I did notice one inconsistency. The shadow on the Main copy is to the lower left and the shadow on the date is below and right.

Maybe you planned it that way???

if not....FIX IT NOW!!!!!! LOL [Big Grin] [Big Grin] [Big Grin]

That's some awesome work there Steve. I love the feel of it. I know you didn't ask, but if I had to say anything about it, it may be to try making the J in Jill's name a little bigger and see if it add's to the balance any, but it looks great now too.

You know, I just love the design. It's absolutely gorgeous!

BUT ... I do have to say one thing it's lacking for me. It's got nothing to do with the design, but rather it's personality ... and this insight it coming more because of what I know of Jill's nature. Being her meet, I just feel the logo should take on some of her mischieviousness. [Smile]

Please don't take my suggestion as a slight in any way. I would just like the logo to have a bit more of a playful element in it. Whether it's a different (perhaps more dancy) treatment on "Jill's", ... or maybe a surprised "uh oh" expression on the girl's face like she's ready to fall off the letters, or she knows a naughty secret. (like maybe the letters are vibrating beneath her or something ... heehee)

Knowhatimean? [Smile]

...It looks good.

...But, maybe the date copy (at the bottom) doesn't really need a shadow. Does it?

... Waddayatink ?
