Great stuff,Todd! Just curious what you charge for something like those (ballpark)?

Posted by Todd Land (Member # 1179) on :

Hey Jereme, $500.00 is about the going price in this area, but price matters in what type of look the customer is looking for,Coburn and flourescent is pricey so the price might be more.

Thanks Todd

Thanks for the reply, Todd. It's always nice to get an idea what prices are across the country-although that seems a little inexpensive for such great work IMHO

How much did you do for $500? Is every label/decal seen done by you?

Very nice work Todd.

If you are only getting 500, you are underestimating yourself, you could easily get 800, your work is right up there with the top guys in the NY area, clean and readable!

Good Luck...

WOW, those race cars look great!! I wish more of the off road race cars used fancier numbers and lettering like that. Awesome work. I think you should charge more.

Oh yeah, how did you do the fade on the number 8 car - is that graduated vinyl? Airbrush? [Thanks]

Hey Guys, Thanks for the compliments! Let me answer your Questions, 1st-I know the price is cheap , but for this area it's about right and The price is going up. 2nd- I usually do the large sponsors, numbers and striping, the small decals the team's usually put on.3rd the #8 is white vinyl with just Krylon painted on it,it holds up good for race cars for the season.
Thanks Again ,Todd

Mo money, bro, mo money!!!
You definately have the look down pat! I'll bet the "other" $500 jobs look nothing near as nice as yours. BB Mods and LM's eat up PILES of material, so charge 'em till they wince.
Excellent work!

nice tuff! do you use a program to apply the racing checks to fit the contours of the car? I am getting requests to letter cars since the season is on and am fidgeting with the idea of using space as you did such a wonderful job!
