Very nice, Don. How about you design...I build ? (OK, lets just say I'd be proud to make one with that sort of design effort)

I think I like the second one better only because it seems more visable distance-wise, but really, it is impossible to choose between them without seeing them in the envrironment of the building where they are going. Nice work, though....

Very nice Don! [Big Grin]

My only critique might be to tone down the outlines around Crab & Ale House on the darker coloured background versions.

I like it! I think the dark background looks and reads the best.

Very nice work, Don.

really great, and I agree that the environment in which they will be placed must be the deciding factor as to which version.

You Rock Don Really nice stuff. If I was to have to find something I would change would be the lack of negative space around the Steamers Copy
mostly on the freestanding version but to me Steamers would breath and pronounce itself better with some more space around it. Equal to the space you have around the secondary copy, Just my opinion. The color combos are awesome and like all have said, environment would be the deciding factor.

I'd go n there becauseof the draw ofthat sign! (pun intended)

I think this is a wonderful illustration of how light color comes forward and darks recede. The dark version easily has the lettering read first.

Cool Don. Thanks for sharing.
