We had (and are still having) some pretty strong wind gusts today, but the day ended with one of the most spectacular sunsets I've ever seen. Thousands of small clouds all lined up in rows, and the colors....deep fushia and purple!
I didn't retouch this photo...it's just as it was...

Very nice! I've seen some pretty neat ones and wished I had a camera at the time. Glad you caught that one.

Very nice capture A!
I'm anticipating an interesting sunset here this evening, we have a ton of smoke blowing over from California.

Just spectacular, Adrienne! It only goes to show us that God (or The Great Spirit, or Mother Nature...trying to be politically correct here) is the greatest artist of all. Thanks for sharing! Love-JILL

Beautiful indeed but, not quite as beautiful as what I experienced this past weekend. I was golfing, Imagine this in your mind, on the first tee, at 8:00 am it just finished raining, the sun was shining like spotlights through the break-up in the clouds, I was looking out at the fairway. and there was a perfect rainbow from one end of the fairway to the next, and in the middle of this rainbow were a Moose and her Calf walking in perfect harmony with each other.. I never had my camera, I wish i did.

I came in this morning and the Golf pro at the resort emailed the Photos of the rainbows amd moose, he took these photos a little earlier in the morning. Just imagine those moose on the first green as you are linining up your put, it did'nt faze them at all.

I can see Adrienne's photo but not yours.
I wanted to see the moose. That sounds like an awesome photo.
