Perhaps not a popular place right now but I dont mind taking their money. All the taext is painted (pounce patterns) with flat black latex, the vine wrapping around the building was projected and painted. The logo is HDU cut on the band saw and loosely beveled the edges to give a "wrought iron" feel.
Nice work Brian.

Very nice. I love the subtle color of the vines on the building. Very Classy!

The design and colors make me think of fine wine. Good job. Now that you have your foot in the door wow them with some Classy label designs! Posted by Janette Balogh (Member # 192) on :
Right up my alley. I love it Brian! Take a bow!
Did a couple walls earlier last month with a subtle image on it like that, only far more simplistic than your design. Just a fade of a very simple logo icon, but very large on two separate walls. Steve and Barb helped me with the job, which made it more fun for me. Heck of a way to entertain visiting tourists eh?
I have another 61' wall job coming up with the same sort of watermark wallpaper effect. This one being a busy collage type thing, ... a monster of my own making. (my design) I guess I must enjoy stretching myself. hah!
The total look of your job just rocks! Bravo! Nettie

brian, that is nice work! using a graphic (the grapevine) as a background (wallpaper, so to speak) takes just the right contrast.... you nailed it

Thanks all, it was a fun little project and a great customer as well. They even painted the entire building the color I suggested. The funny thing about this one is that I bid the job over two years ago and followed up every other month. Finally they decided to get a real image for an upcoming event and of course it turned out to be a rush job.
