Well, since I didn't know where to get thick sheets of foam I had to glue 4" sheets together to make a 8' x 4' x 2' block. We carved it out with a chain saw, kitchen knives, sanders, grinders & whatnot, then brushed some of that stuff from Industrial Polymers. I want to try the stuff from Smooth-On next.(it'd be cool if they read this & sent samples, no? ) Then we fixed here & there with Bondo, & the rest was like painting a car & putting on vinyls. It took quite a few hours! Glad you like it!

Felix, sometimes you just get into things and time just does'nt matter does it... it's a shame the customer does'nt really see this side of the job.
