And the sign guy wanted $ 250.00 to letter it. Since I buy a new boat every 5 years or so, I got a new plotter and some of that black sticky-backed plastic stuff and the investment should pay for itself in 20-25 years the way that prices keep going up.
Here's a look at my first attempt...

Hey! Good contrast and I love the flow! Perhaps on the next boat, kerning those letters would help improve your layout. Oh, what the hell do I know? If it works, it works!!!
Way to go!

Pat; besides the most excellent lettering job, that's a nifty stern tie-up job also. It's a whole theme. Uh-huh.

Looks AWSOME!!
Post some more pics for us!
Can you letter my race car? If not, I've been thinkin' about buying some stuff to make those myself. What program do you suggest? Should I get a 15" or 24" plotter?
Any help would be appriciated! The last one I had done cost us FIFTY BUCKS!!
Thanks in advance!

Pat, Funny thing is that is probably a $70,000 boat!
