Check these out, too! A friend of mine did the bodywork and sprayed the yellow. I sprayed the flames HOK Sunset Pearl, faded a Persimmon/Tangelo mix, and finished off with a Persimmon/Tangelo/Kandy Apple mix. Before pinstriping all the licks with a lime green, I airbrushed the kandy tangerine fades around them. Paintwhat.com Posted by Rob Clark (Member # 787) on :

The flames are awesome but I have a question, what happens when you put the tanks together seems like there would be a large yellow gap?

The handlebars and cables and stuff will cover the front, so you don't want the flames hidden behind. As for the top, you'll have a gas tank cap and sometimes other gauges as well.
