I don’t claim to be a designer in the conceptual sense, so any help would be appreciated.
I like the basic design, but feel as though it’s a bit empty, especially the bottom portion.
Any comments or suggestions?

John, i would try moving the whole black area to the bottom. Or move down and enlarge. Put the address in the black line. And enlarge the name. Does it need to be this size? Possibly move the address in the black, and chop off the bottom. Instead of a straight line under "guest house" try a siloette(?) of land to match the trees.
