4'x6' sign, 1.5" HDU blasted background; raised border, vertical lines (these were routed down another .25" for added depth) and dark grey outline behind the letters. The filigrie were rounded over with chisels and sandpaper.
The letters were cutout of 1" HDU, distressed with a small v-chisel, and then gilded.
Posts consit of three 4"x8"x8' PT bolted together with threaded rod. Those mothers were heavy!
