Just thought I'd share one of our recent jobs. The background is turned aluminum, the dolphin is carved HDU, and the lettering is vinyl on a lexan panel.

Thanks. No idea about "ziggled". But you can grind all kinds of fun patterns (or just crazy non-patterns) A nice figure eight pattern looks cool too.
