I can't seem to log into the BB on my computer at home. Do I need to log off before leaving the shop, I usually just quit my browser and turn off the computer. Will that help me? Thanks in advance.

I am always 'logged in' at home and the shop, with no problems.
The password you were assigned is 'case sensative,' are you typing it correctly?

I also have problems logging in at home. I'm usually on my computer at work, but recently started having the log-in problem.

The most comman problem associated with login probs is people using the wrong address. Take a real close look at the URL you have saved in your Favorites list. It has to be letterhead.com! If you have an "s" on the end of letterhead, it will get you here, but many things will not work properly. That includes your login and HeadTV for starters. If you can't login, you won't be able to post or take part in the polls.
The correct address direct to the BB is www.letterhead.com/ubb
