hi everyone. The post that's holding the gift shop sign is kinda bent. I'm wondering if some idiot decided to jump & hang from it. The sign is over a year old, but I'm wondering if I should just show up & tie an aircraft cable & straighten it, or just wait for the guy to call & charge him for the repair. Here's the photo. Fix it this time. Show up unannounced. Fix it, then let them know this time it's a freebe, but you suspect someone was hanging from it. It let's them know you keep track of your "baby" If they offer payment, accept a cup of coffee as payment...even if you don't drink the stuff. Goodwill is so easily generated this way. Next time they won't even ask someone else's price.

Not only that but they'll probably tell their friends...Hey! guess what my sign guy did for me and then you'll get their friend's business too!
