I have a customer who uses Master Vinyl Pro.
What formats can you export your files? I use Casemate and Adobe Illustator.

AI is your best bet...

When going the other way i.e. exporting/saving from AI or another application be sure to uncheck all the options like 'make PDF compatible' etc.

Also with eps don't use a tiff header or bitmaps, make sure text is set as curves and use Postscript Level 1.
