thanks jon, I forgot about Hi-nec signs, the biggest they carry are 18", i need 24" and i've decided to make them myself. mainly because for a gas station i only need a limited amount, so i'll have my plastic supplier cut me the pieces i need and apply vinyl #'s to the plexi
