We need to find a company that will drop ship some DiBond panels to a company manufacturing a metal sign for us. The panels would go to Charleston Industries in Charleston, Mississippi.
It's a long shot - but if you can't find help here on the BB, then where could you find help??
Alcan, the company who makes DiBond, told us the closest distributor is Memphis, TN. True?? That's close to 100 or more miles away it appears.

Gosh, what do you want, next door? I am 250 miles from Memphis and I still get Dibond overnite from there. Tubelite is who I buy from, great folks! If your order amounts to atleast $500 they pay the freight.

if I could get anything from even 250 miles away I'd be happy actually I'm happy anyway, but not from the cost of freight to the islands.

Jay, Tubelite should deliver directly to you there in Charleston. I know they deliver here (Hattiesburg) every Thursday. It might be worth a call to them and see when and if they deliver to Charleston. I'm quite a bit further from them and I've had good luck with them so far. R.T.

Thanks very, very much. That is exactly the information I needed. Much appreciated.
I didn't expect a distributor to be "next door" - but I wanted to keep any shipping costs down by inquiring who the most commonly used distributor would be in that area for DiBond. RT, you gave me what I needed. Alcan Composites, the manufacturer of DiBond, couldn't even give me that info when we called them. Always trust a Letterhead, I guess.
Now I know the correct answer to my question. Thank you again. If you ever need anything up this way, please let me know and I'll try to help.
