I was just talking with Kevin Betz on chat and he is hosting the 2004 International meet in Detroit. August 19-22, 2004.
I thought I'd mention that Brian.

Hi Brian, if you're still having it at your ranch, the setting alone is going to make it one really cool meet!
Already, can't wait!
Posted by Steve Shortreed (Member # 436) on :
Tell everyone more about your ranch Brian. That's bound to get some excitment going. Any chance of moving it ahead a few weeks Brian?
And btw...Sign Business is doing their show Aug. 12-14 in Long Beach, CA

Thanks..Dave That's what we don't want to do! to have this meet on a date that's already taken aug 19-24 2004 is out. Besides that's when i have my 6th annual Rally at the Ranch, this year the rally had 270 that stayed for the weekend, with games, music, poker, pinstriping & lettering run,food,food,food,fun,fun,fun,..it's a blast ! Terry hi again ,FKAB was way too much fun, Thanks again Pierre & Crew the food was great it's going to be hard to beat!!! but our menu is on the drawing board now ...so far we have hip of beef, mussels, cowboy breakfast! oh did i mention lobster? Steeve aug 12-14 2004 looks like were getting closer to the end of aug. we're flying with that, Sunset Valley Ranch is perfect.. for this event, Me & Bob Hines are going to make this event enjoyable, oh the Ranch is nested 1km in the woods 200 acres with plenty of room to enjoy, it also has its own saloon, cookhouse, bunk houses, camps, showers, camping area, antiques everywhere you look , horse drawn wagons, corrals,. and its only 7km from Moncton , half hour to Nova Scotia & PEI , need i say more..... thanks.

I'am impressed by all the response so far very very... positive and it's a year away eh!!!! Now let's name the event....Maritime Letterhead Round up 2004 or ????
Posted by Terry Whynott (Member # 1622) on :
I like just Maritime Round-up.
How many tee-pees do you have? That would be so cool!
Can anyone draw a lobster with a cowboy hat and boots holding a quill?
Naw, that's silly, lobsters can't paint.

Hi Brian... Wow...you're so excited about this meet that you have a happy "mouse button" finger...haha...but this meet deserves to be bumped up. I am planning to come, as I told you via email, just wanted to tell folks that Brian's place is only 7 miles from the airport and not toooo pricey by plane. I'm starting to save $$ now in anticipation. You better get a lot of panels donated, buddy...you know how I am at meets! Love- JILL

count me in...i'll be flyin too!
Posted by John Jordan (Member # 2368) on :
Brian,
Count me in, that is if I'm ivited!! Please sent me, by e-mail, all the necessary information you have as soon as it's available. Being way out here in the South Pacific I have to begin my arrangements early to be able marry all the necessary flights together.
To enable me to make Cork, Quebec and Nanaimo this year I had to connect 12 seperate flights so you can see the reason for the early starts
Thanks for your help, John

Brian,
We still have here, all the easels for the panel jam. If you want them, they're yours. They have been give to me by Nancy and Noëlla at Sign-it and they told me that I can pass them to the next letterheads close.
However I will do my best to be there, but can't garantee it right now. My father and my brother really want to go also! If you need a cooking crew I can talk to my buddys here, they are still harrassing me to plan for an international, they fell in love with the letterheads!!
Give me a call for any information.
Life is so good!
