Thanks Glen. I just ordered the Hot Knife. Now I can play with some foam. Maw Maw is always looking for a substrate that doesn't hurt her back [Wink]

I love MDO but a full sheet of 3/4" requires a little help handling.

About 25 or so years ago there was a sign maker in this area that used foam exclusively on his signs. I have been procrastinating trying this. It is now time.

Thanks here too Glan, those water based metal finished look too good to be true. I've sent them an email for more application and durability info. Have you used those yourself? Share your experiences please.
