I thought I would take some time to both thank one of our merchants [Applause] [Applause] and also to promote his product.

Andrew from ASIGNS take a bow, your service back up is excellent. [Thanks]

I was having problems with ‘Sign Tools 3’ which I had purchased from Andrew maybe a year ago or so. I contacted him by the bull board and by fax and he responded by explaining that I needed to fax him some relevant details.
Now I am in Ireland and he in Australia but the following morning Andrew rang me and spent at least 15 minutes on the phone with me getting the software up and running. Thank you Andrew it was a great help.

[FYI] Now to say something about ‘Sign Tools 3’, I have been cutting direct from CorelDraw 8 and 9 to a Roland CX24 for about 3 years thinking that I didn’t have to spend the money on a sign program (maybe $1700) but there was a fair bit of work needed every time I want to cut vinyl. Also the finished product wasn’t that great, up close the cut was not that smooth.
Now Sign Tools 3 has changed all that. I select what I want to cut, position it on my page and click cut! The cutting is so much better. For some reason my plotter used to lift up the blade at every node which left a not too perfect cut. But that is all gone now with smooth cuts the order of the day!
Also with Sign Tools 3 there is a lot of functions that make Corel perform to it’s full capability. There are numerous scripts that will outline, inline and shadow in a variety of ways plus a whole lot more.
If you cut directly from Corel you should look into this software. It could make things a whole easier for you and it doesn’t cost the earth.

I know that this is some heavy and blatant promotion but then Andrew is a merchant here and he did go above the call of duty. But also he has got a great product. He didn’t ask me to do this but I felt he deserves this.

The link to his site is here and the link to a trial demo of his product is here .

Well done Miles,

... It's simply called 'giving credit, where credit is due'
