Hi there Guys,

Looking for the vector art for West Coast Choppers? I was thinking about making a decal to place on my pic up. Does anyone have this in vector from? thanks Steve

Just go to:

http://www.westcoastchoppers.com

and order some....unless you want to deal with his lawyers and copyright infringement!

Sheesh... the whole sticker pack is only 5 bucks... WTF... A whole lot cheaper than that lawyer, eh, Si? LOL!

It was great seeing you and Marty again! We can hardly wait until our paths cross again!

Have a great one!

Hey Steve, you understand Si's reply ok?

My kid recently brought home an iron cross sticker that said "Jesse Who?" on it in a western type face, and wanted me to make him a replica of it. It had to take all of about 15 seconds to make an iron cross in CorelDRAW, and the text is just type. You could easily make this yourself very quickly in any vector program.

Personally I don't get the West Coast Choppers craze - to me it stopped being cool as soon as it became cool. When I saw a whole West Coast Choppers apparel store in the mall I knew we had a full blown FAD on our hands. Good for Jesse, but no thanks for my T-shirt. I'd rather have a SI ALLEN logo on my back and REALLY keep them guessing!

I guess if ya wanna wait 8 weeks to get a stinkin sticker you could order it from him, but in all honesty if Jesse pays his lawyers like he pays everyone else that works for him, you could sell your own full line of WCC gear and never hear a word about it. [Smile]

Speaking of Si, the man's a promotions genius.. just look at this shot from his 2004 Calendar.

**Edit**: Just learned Don Copelan is responsible for the following photograph... and frankly I'm glad about that cause I was wondering where the heck that picture came from. [Smile]

I have to laugh at this craze. Most of the people I see with the stickers and shirts don't even own a bike or could afford one of Jesse's bikes. I guess Jesse did it right when it came to marketing. The funny thing is there are a ton of guys out there that are as or more talented than he is. He just made it to TV first.

The amount of money that can be made from "branding" is absolutely incredible.

A client of mine came up with a cool idea that he is test marketing right now. The funny thing is that he doesn't even have a product yet. Its called "Bootywax". He's more interested in selling shirts and caps than he is the actual wax.

SOLD! I'll take two in XXL! With that name it doesn't even need to exist. The name IS the product - brilliant!

You can get them quickly from ebay... many licensed suppliers have stickers and shirts there.

I actually made the artwork myself from a nice t-shirt pic on ebay... for personal use of course!

They recently made an arrest in the D.C. area for a guy that had $70,000 worth of bootleg WCC stuff in a warehouse.

Now it seems Orange County Choppers is on the same bandwagon, and going bigger!!!

One of my customers came in the other day, said he got an OCC shirt at Penney's!!!

Now that's marketing!!!

Yeah the OCC stuff is also for sale in Boscov's here in my area. Just like Joe said it stopped being cool when it became cool. I always enjoy hearing comments from people who have really met or come in contact with these guys(like CJ) so I get a feeling of what they are really like.
